PNM Chip Based on SeDRAM™ Presented on ISSCC 2022

On the newly closed 2022 International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC 2022), Alibaba DAMO Academy has released its technical paper on Process-Near Memory: 184QPS/W 64Mb/mm2 3D Logic-to-DRAM Hybrid Bonding with Process-Near-Memory Engine for Recommendation System. The PNM Chip mentioned in the paper is a customized product for the Computing Technology Laboratory of Alibaba DAMO Academy based on Xi’an UniIC’s SeDRAM™ technology. And the SoC team from Xi’an UniIC has made the chip come true and aided in the system test.
